Model and meaning
The cabinet body of the power distribution cabinet is made of 2.0mm 304 stainless steel plate. It has a roof like a house with a cornice to prevent rainwater from staying on the top of the box. There are ventilating windows on the left and right sides. The windows are equipped with wire meshes to dissipate heat. It can also prevent small animals from entering the box, and the protection level of the box is not lower than IP44.
The components of the power distribution cabinet are: incoming line metering unit, control unit, outgoing line unit and reactive power compensation unit. The front and rear parts are separated by partitions to form several independent studios to prevent failure expansion; The incoming and outgoing wires can be routed from the side or from the bottom.
The power distribution cabinet is designed according to the three-phase five-wire system, the grounding and the neutral line are separated, the cabinet has a reliable grounding device, and the power distribution cabinet adopts a protective circuit to achieve leakage protection. The protective circuit is composed of a separate protective conductor and conductive structural parts. The metal shells of all electrical components, as well as the metal hand-operated mechanism, are connected to the grounded galvanized metal components by metal screws and wires.
