KYN28A-12 type indoor AC metal armored removable switchgear is a complete set of power distribution equipment for a three-phase AC 50Hz single bus and single bus section system with a rated voltage of 3.6-12kV. Mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and institutions and other substations and secondary substations for power receiving, distribution and starting of large high-voltage motors, to achieve the purpose of control, protection, and detection.

This switchgear can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL/T593 and other standards, and has the functions of preventing misoperation of circuit breakers, preventing load handling, preventing live switching of the grounding switch, preventing the grounding switch from transmitting power when it is in the grounding position, and preventing errors Into the live isolation and other "five prevention" functions. The switchgear can be equipped with ABB's VD4 vacuum circuit breaker, and can also be equipped with a domestic VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, which is actually a power distribution device with superior performance.

Structural Features

The cabinet structure is made of aluminum-zinc-coated sheets and bolted by CNC machine tools using multiple bending processes. All operations are performed with the cabinet door closed; the protection level is high, which can prevent debris and insect pests from intruding.

Reliable wall installation and front maintenance of the cabinet reduce floor space; the cable room has ample space and can be connected to multiple cables; the circuit breaker room and the cable room can be equipped with heaters to prevent condensation and corrosion.

The switch cabinet is composed of a fixed cabinet and an extractable part (handcart). The cabinet shell and the partitions of each functional unit are bolted with aluminum-zinc steel plate. The protection level of the switch shell reaches IP40. The protection level of each compartment is IP20. The switchgear has the functions of overhead incoming and outgoing wires, cable incoming and outgoing wires, and left and right communication.
