XGN□-40.5 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50HZ, rated voltage 40.5KV power system, mainly used in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises, as the receiving and distribution of electrical energy It also has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit, which is especially suitable for places with frequent operations.

This switchgear meets the requirements of the national standard GB3906 "3-35KV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear" and the international standard IEC298, and has the "five prevention" locking function.

Environmental conditions for use

Altitude does not exceed 1000m;

The surrounding medium temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -15℃ (-30℃ storage and transportation allowed);

Relative temperature: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%;

The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive combustible gas, water vapor, etc.;should have a certain degree of dirt resistance;

There is no frequent severe vibration.

Structural Features

The equipment is a metal enclosed box structure, the cabinet frame is welded by angle steel, and the cabinet is divided into multiple functional compartments by grounded metal partitions.

The circuit breaker room is located in the lower part of the cabinet with a pressure release channel. If an electric arc occurs inside, the pressure gas can be released from the top of the cabinet through the pressure relief channel.

The busbar compartment is located on the upper part of the back of the cabinet. In order to reduce the height of the cabinet, the busbars are arranged in a zigzag shape, supported by high-strength insulators, and the busbars are connected to the upper isolation switch terminal.

The cable compartment is located at the lower rear of the cabinet, which can be accessed by opening the rear cabinet door in the event of a power failure.

The bottom side of the front cabinet is equipped with a copper ground, and its cross-section is 4×40mm2, which can penetrate the grounding system between the cabinets.

This switchgear is a "five-proof" reinforced insulation product with perfect functions. The air insulation distance between phases and the ground in the cabinet is greater than 360mm.
